What is CBD?
CBD is an abbreviation for Cannabidiol, a chemical compound found naturally in the cannabis plant. It is NOT mind-altering like marijuana, which means CBD will NOT make you high. Is there THC in your CBD product?
100% of our CBD products are extracted from industrial hemp. We offer Full Spectrum CBD products which contains the maximum THC allowed by law, and never more than .3%. Our Broad-Spectrum products and Isolate contain non-detectable THC. For those products we take the processing a step further, removing any remaining THC leaving 100% pure, natural CBD.
What are Terseness?
Terpenes are aromatic compounds found in many plants. CBD Terpenes are oils with terpenes added. They are what give plants their specific scents. For example, the smell of flowers, fruits, and cannabis are all produced by terpenes. The terpenes in cannabis not only produce a specific aroma, but they contribute to the difference between strains of cannabis.
Is CBD Psychoactive?
CBD is NOT Psychoactive like other drugs because it has Non-Detectable THC.
Will CBD get me high?
THC is the chemical that produces a “High”. CBD has Non-Detectable THC which is filtered out leaving 100% pure, natural CBD. Our CBD products will NOT get you high.
Will I fail a drug test after consuming your products?
Our Broad-Spectrum CBD products have Non-Detectable THC, so it is unlikely you would fail a drug test after consuming it. However, our Full Spectrum and Delta-8 products might give you a positive result for THC. Use the latter with caution and responsibly.

How is Hemp different from Marijuana?
The defining difference between marijuana and hemp is the percentage of THC. Marijuana refers to strains of cannabis that contain high levels of THC. Hemp refers to strains of cannabis containing Non-Detectable THC. The term “hemp” is used to mean cannabis that contains 0.3% or less THC content by dry weight and marijuana is usually above this percentage.
What is the shelf life of your Products?
Our products are good up to 8 to 10 months after the purchase date. Store our products in cool, dry places avoiding direct sunlight.
What is the difference between hemp oil, other CBD products, and your HEMP+ products?
Hemp oil is made from the seeds of the Hemp plant minus CBD and the other cannabinoids. CBD is extracted from the plant and flower. We do not judge the products of our competitors. We concentrate on our own brand, providing you with the highest quality product that is organic and non-GMO.CBD oil
Can I overdose on CBD?
No, cannabinoids have no known toxicity. While everyone’s dosage amount is different for their desired results, many individuals start with a small dosage and increase over time or for the desired result. This is the best way to use our products to determine how it will work for you.

Our retail products are shipped using the USPS. Our wholesale products are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
My shipping address is wrong, can I change it?
Yes, so long as the address is fixed before the item is shipped out. Contact us immediately on this matter and verify you are the person who ordered the products. Once we can successfully verify you are the person who ordered the products, we will do our best to correct the mistake. There might be an additional charge if the same billing rate is not applicable to the new destination. You will be informed of this at the time of the address correction.
I made a typo in my address; can I change it?

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Retail orders placed Mon – Fri before 12 noon will be shipped the same day. Orders received on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Wholesale orders are handled differently. Contact the sales department for wholesale orders.
What kind of insurance is provided for my order, and can I purchase more?
Insurance for your product(s) is offered via our carrier. A small fee can be added at checkout to ensure your package in case it is lost or stolen.
What do I do if I received my order, but it has been damaged or missing items?
If the product is damaged, please take a picture of it and email it to us with an explanation. We will replace it immediately. Or if you are missing an item, also notify us of this with a picture of your packing list and we will send out the product once everything has been verified. Will I be charged an International transaction fee?

How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped, you can return it online and cancel your order for a full refund. However, if your order has been shipped and you wish to cancel and return the merchandise, do not open the package when received. Ship the unopened package(s)/product(s) back to our address – the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
