We are not responsible for damage products during shipping. Everything is packed to ensure it protection. File an insurance claim with the courier for a full refund. For refunds prior to shipping, please refer to our ‘Cancellation Policy‘.
All sales are final. If your purchase is damage during shipping file a claim with the carrier for a full refund. In the rare chance there was a manufacturing error, return the unused, damaged product for a full replacement of the product.
